Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. The apartment is located in the area of San Lorenzo, on the side of the Piazza del Duomo. Few minutes walking and you will be in front of the Duomo.
The house is on the second floor of a very prestigious building of three floors, constructed in the XIV century. No lift . Around 30sqmt.

It's really a cosy, quiet and bright apartment and it is divided into a large room with a double bed, on the corner the fully equipped kitchen. The double bed on request is convertible into two single beds.

One bathroom with shower.

At the check-in you will be requested to pay a guarantee deposit of Euro 150,00 that the owner will give back to you at the check-out.
