Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. Apartment located in a typical florentine ancient building with antique stone-made vaults, recently renovated and provided with the elevator.

The building stands close to Via Tornabuoni and Via della Vigna Nuova, famous for their high fashion boutiques.
The apartment is decorated in Florentine style and has all the comforts of a real house.
It is also very quiet as it overlooks the internal courtyard of the prestigious building: warm during winter, fresh during summer.

It is composed of an entrance hall, a spacious living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom with fitted cupboard and platform, a bathroom with shower and a sofa-bed in the living room.

Facilities: Color TV, fridge and freezer, hairdryer, autonomous heating, American coffee maker, microwave, dishes, glasses, saucepans, crockery, sheets, towels, tablecloth, iron and ironing board. Washing machine available on request.
