Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. Close by, you will find the kitchen that is quite large and fully equipped, and the bathroom with shower.
A beautiful stone arch, introduces you into the sleeping area that has an entrance with a single sofa bed, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The twin bedroom has two little windows located on the higher part of the wall overlooking the double bedroom.

The whole house has beautiful wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. The furniture is typically Italian and you will find everything a family needs for a comfortable stay
