Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. Set in the very heart of the historical centre, it is 100 meters to the Spanish steps and walking distance to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Trastevere, Trevi Fountain, Via Veneto. Just outside your door-step, you will find the best boutiques, shops, restaurants and cafÃƒÂ©s in town.

Entrance leads to the complete kitchen that features also a large dining table; a big window gives ligt to all the room.
The bathroom is behind the kitchen.
Through a corridor you will reach the sleeping area that offers one double bedroom and another bedroom that is large enough to accommodate three single beds.

This room has a beautiful balcony overlooking the square below and Via Sistina: the street that leads to the Spanish steps.
The furniture of this apartment is essential and comfortable.
