Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. In an elegant nineteenth-century small building, twelve luxurious rooms that have just been renovates await the guests of Alessandra and Cristina.
Every room is furnished in a different manner, with taste and great care given to details, completa with private bathroom, air conditioning, television and everything necessary for a light italian breakfast.
There is a parking lot available to Clients only a few meters from the Residence: we have a special agreement with them and they apply special fairs for all our Guests.

The staff is always at your disposal for helping you in organizing your visits and for every help or suggestion you need.
