Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. The apartment, 35 sm, is on the 4th floor ( attic) without lift of a lovely building located on Lungarno Soderini.

It is composed by a living room very welcoming and full of light, decorated with taste if features a single sofa bed a dining table, TV.

On one corner of the living room there is the equipped kitchenette and a door that gives way to to the semi covered small terrace.

From the dining room a spiral staircase reaches the roof charming terrace equipped with table, chairs and deck-chairs; on the second floor you will find the bathroom with shower (high window), 1 double bedroom with 140x190cm bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables, door to the terrace.

Facilities: air conditioning, independent heating, microwave; hairdryer, TV washing machine ( in the terrace), Internet connection.

Weekly rate â‚¬ 900 + utilities and final cleaning.
