Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. San Marco

Few minutes from Piazza San Marco, a very romantic apartment, located in the Area of Castello, next to Campo della Bragora. You will be at two to five minutes walking from the water-boats stop Arsenale and Celestia.

The apartment is on the ground floor, you have to climb only 5 steps to get to the main door. The building has a private internal garden and the apartment has all the modern comforts.

It is divided into a living room with a double sofa bed and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms, one is a double and one is a single and both have the view on a typical canal. One modern bathroom with shower.

A security deposit of Euro 200,00 will be requested on arrival; it will be returned to you on departure.
