Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. The house is in the heart of Trastevere, one of the most picturesque areas of Rome, full of famous restaurants and cafes. At stone throw from Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, the Imperial Forum, Saint Peter Basilica.

The apartment is full of light and very well appointed. It has beautiful oil paintings that are copies of the most famous Botero pictures. The antique furniture and the beautiful wooden beam ceiling crate a cosy and unique place.
The apartment has been wisely remodelled thus keeping the warmth of an old house. It is divided into one small living/dining room with kitchenette, a comfortable sofa bed for two and a dining table for four. One spacious and elegant bathroom with shower. The cosy double bed is placed in the loft.
