Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. Ancient Palace has the feeling of an elegant private home. The special atmosphere of the Palace,dating back to the Renaissance era, makes each one of the independent apartments the perfect place for an extended vacation. Also ideal for families.

In each unit you will receive a welcome basket with typical Tuscany products.

Apartment 30 is a wide and welcoming two-room apartment located on the top floor of our Palazzetto. Here we can comfortably accommodate four people; it is beautifully decorated with ancient style furniture and typical florentine tapestries, and with a beautiful terracotta floor that gives a warm touch to the whole flat.

Composed of: a living area with a comfortable double sofa-bed and dining area with a table for four and a separate equipped kitchenette, a romantic double bedroom with a closet wardrobe and a bathroom with bath and shower.

Third floor with lift.
