Terms and Conditions
  1. Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail.
  2. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail.
    You'll pay the balance upon arrival.
  3. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax.
  4. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night.
  5. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund.
    Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents.

Campo Dei Fiori
A unique, terraced studio apartment in a spectacular location, right in Piazza Campo dei Fiori, one of the most exclusive and characteristic squares of the city.
In this area you'll find shops, typical cafes, restaurants and the pictoresque flower market that takes place every morning.
Walking distance from Pantheon, Spanish steps, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain. Only a short walk from the Vatican and Saint Peter's Cathedral.
The apartment is on the fourth floor without lift of a XVII century old building completely restored.

It consists of one large room with a dining area with single sleeping couch and an area with a double bed (or two twin beds as you prefer), a kitchenette, one bathroom with tub/shower.

From the living room you will enjoy a geat view of the flowers and green of the lovely little terrace where you can relax.

The apartment is very quiet,cosy and extremely sunny thanking to the enchanting flowery balcony right above the Piazza.

Facilities: HiFi, TV set, Air conditioning.

At the check-in you will be requested to pay a guarantee deposit of Euro 300,00 that the owner will give back to you at the check-out. It can be paid in your currency or with a cheque.
