Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. [From EUR 127] - The apartment is located in one of the most prestigious buildings surrounding the Campo dei Fiori square. Campo is the focus of Roman life: the morning is dedicated to the characteristic open market and the night to pubs, music and chats. But you will be lucky because, even if you are on the corner of Campo dei Fiori, the bedroom is overlooking the internal courtyard of the building and you will have soundproof windows.

The apartment is divided into a small living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a single sofa bed. The bedroom, instead, is very large with high beamed ceilings, a desk, Tv set and a sofa bed for two.
Bathroom is modern and has a shower.

Second floor with no lift.
