Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. The street starts from Santa Maria Maggiore Cathedral and reaches the Imperial Forum and the Coliseum crossing some of the most important archeological sites of the ancient town.
At walking distance (10-15 minutes) you can reach Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori and Spanish Steps.
The apartment has been completely remodelled and everything is beautiful and new, the ideal staying for a family who want to enjoy Rome at a good price quality.
The apartment features a small entrance where you can find on the right the kitchen. On the left side of the entrance, a large room with a comfortable double bed, a table with chairs, a sofa bed for two. At the end of the entrance the large bathroom with a beautiful shower.
