Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. Residenza del Duomo is a complex of eight apartments of different sizes, centrally located, at few minutes walk from the Duomo, the Uffizi Gallery and the most important Florentine sights of interest.
The Residenza was completely restored in 2003 and tastefully furnished and embellished with antique pieces of furniture and precious fabrics.

Apartment 8 is the pearl of our Residenza. A duplex flat having a wide living room with full size sofa bed, separate kitchen with a breathtaking view on the Medicee Chapels, a single bedroom with bathroom with shower, downstairs. Upstairs, a queen bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and the charming terrace overlooking the rooftops of Florence.
