Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. A beautiful, romantic apartment in the very heart of Trastevere, the friendly Roman neighborhood full of boutiques and typical restaurants. Walking distance to the main touristic sites like Campo dei Fiori, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, the Vatican; with a 15 minutes pleasant stroll, you will reach also the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.

This lovely accommodation is on the second floor of an ancient building, and has beautiful restored wooden beamed ceiling and terracotta floors.

The sun pours widely into the apartment that features a large living room with comfortable sofas and beautiful antiques. A wooden stair leads to a terrace that is not available for guests, but that gives lots of light to the room.

The dining room is connected to the large and fully equipped kitchen.
Through a corridor you will reach two twin bedrooms, and the master double bedroom, that has its own en suite bathroom with shower.
The second bathroom is close to the kitchen.
