Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. The location of this superior property is extremely central: just in front of your doorstep, you will find the prestigious Bulgari Boutique in Via dei Condotti.
Few meters from the Spanish Steps, walking distance to Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Trevi Fountain and Trastevere.

Although so central, it is a peaceful setting which also allows you the pleasure of outdoor cafe's, restaurants and the best fashion shopping Rome has to offer.

This luxurious apartment is refurbished with impeccable taste: antique furniture, Persian carpets, very elegant upholsteries, many family objects and all the modern comforts.
The apartments has ancient wooden beamed ceilings and prestigious florentine terracotta floors.
A spacious and long corridor offering a wide closet, introduces you into the spacious living, that features two leather sofas in front of the ancient chimney, two windows and a table for six. The kitchen is close to the living room and is fully equipped.

Another alley leads you to the sleeping area. Here you will find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms.
The master bedroom is very spacious and offers a lovely little balcony.

The two bathrooms are beside the bedrooms. The largest one has a Jacuzzi tub, the other has a Jacuzzi shower. Both of them are decorated with hand made tiles.
