Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. [From EUR 161] - bright, spacious apartment has a terrific location in the very heart of the ancient Rome: 50 meters from the Pantheon. Although the house is in the middle of all the happenings and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, boutiques and the nicest shop in town, it is very quiet and peaceful. It has been recently remade and has modern furniture with comfortable solutions. All rooms are large and welcoming, the floors are original dating the beginning of the past century. The completely equipped kitchen has a delightful view over a small piazza that during the morning hosts a characteristic little market.
