Terms and Conditions
  1. Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail.
  2. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail.
    You'll pay the balance upon arrival.
  3. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax.
  4. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night.
  5. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund.
    Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents.

DAPO Apartment in Venice - The bridge
Rialto
This welcoming apartment is located very close to the Rialto Bridge, on the third floor of an historical building. It has been refurbished
thus mantaining his old-venice style.

The apartment features a living room with a small balcony overlooking the Ruga Rialto below, a separate complete kitchen and two bedrooms: a master bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom that can be arranged wit a double or two singles (fireplace is not working).
A comfortable bathroom with shower completes the property.
Furniture is simple but very well kept and the apartment itself is neat and clean.

Facilities: TV, Air conditioning, autonomous heating, microwave oven.
