Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. Tis lovely Apartment is located in the Sestiere Catello, close to the Giardini Stop of the waterbus, well known for the Art Biennale.
This area is quiet and has lovely narrow streets and typical Venetian Restaurants. The walk between this lovely accommodation and San Marco Square is pleasant and goes through the "Schiavoni" shore, the Naval Museum, the arsenal and many wonderful private Villas..

The apartment itself is a recently renovated duplex with modern design.
Completely functional, can accommodate up to two couples of friends looking for a modern residence in the heart of an ancient city.

On the ground floor you have the living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle , free internet access , pay per view TV .

The living room is furnished with sofa bed and satellite TV, and the bathroom equipped with a multifunction shower.

Upstairs you have the two spacious double rooms, one of the double beds can be transformed into two singl.
Both rooms are supplied with air-conditioning.

This apartment has a final cleaning and welcoming service fee of Euro 85,00.
