Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. [From EUR 127]This beautiful and spacious apartment with a lovely garden, is located walking distance to the most ancient bridge of Rome: Ponte Milvio.
Connected to the historical center by bus, (15 minutes to the Vatican) (20 to the Spanish Steps), it is the ideal home for a family or a vacationing group.

The apartment has been completely remodelled: everything is neat and clean, with all modern facilities.
It is elegantly furnished with beautiful wooden libraries and closets, paintings and objects.

It features a large living room with dining area, sofa bed for two and an open, completely equipped kitchen. From this room you have the access to the garden where you can dine even in winter time: there are gas heater in order to warm up the dining area. Plenty of high trees and flowers offer a unique spot for relaxed moments. From a small corridor you enter the two bedrooms: one with double bed and the other with single bed.
The bathroom is close by the bedrooms and has a large shower.
