Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. Ideal location for this lovely accommodation: few meters from Campo dei Fiori, Navona Square and Pantheon.
Walking distance from most all important sites: Trevi Fountain, Imperial Forum, Spanish Steps, Vatican.
Remodelled during summer 2008, this apartment is really welcoming and has beautiful wooden beamed ceilings in each room, family furniture and original decorative solutions.
The living room has a dining area with a big table for 8 and gives access to a large open kitchen fully equipped. Close to the dining area, you'll find the door to the fist double bed room. Through an arch-door, enter the living room that has a big chimney with one window on each side, a large TV framed into a library and a comfortable French sofa bed. From this room, you may enter the second double bed room.
Both bed rooms are quiet and warmly furnished with large closets.
The bathroom is small and is close to the main door.
Third floor without lift.

At the check-in you will be requested to pay a guarantee deposit of Euro 300,00 that the owner will give back to you at the check-out. It can be paid in your currency or with a cheque.
