Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. [From EUR 115] - This beautiful apartment is located in a nice and green area called Balduina, close to the Hilton Hotel.

The apartment is on the 4th floor with lift of a modern building surrounded by nice shops and boutiques, restaurants and supermarkets: everything you want for an ideal long vacationing period.
Well connected to the center by busses. Metro Stop "Musei Vaticani" is only at 700 metres off the home. Perfect for those coming from the airport by train shuttle being the stop at only 50 meters from the accommodation.

At walking distance from the Vatican Museums and Saint Peter's Church.

This beautiful apartment is full of light, it is divided into one living room, two bedrooms: one double, one twin bedded room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) and a nice and comfortable bathroom featuring a stand-up shower.
Both bedrooms have access to a nice and long balcony.

It has been completely refurbished with many antique family furniture, beautiful marble floor. Elegant co-ordinated upholstery for the nice sofas in the living room, old paintings and stamps.

Everything is spotless and well taken care.

The owner is a wine producer and he likes welcoming his guests with a good bottle of wine.
