Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. It is divided into a living room with two single sofa beds, a large sofa, a dining table and a library equipped with a computer available for guests.
From the living room you have the access into the double bedroom with its wardrobe. The dining area with an independent kitchen

is opposite to the living room. The apartment takes the entire floor of an ancient palazzetto and all the rooms are one next to the other.

This is a perfect place where to sleep: despite Trastevere is a very lively neighborhood, the apartment is very quiet.

First floor with no lift.

On the third floor of the building you will have the exclusive availability of a wonderful and panoramic private terrace, equipped with a dining table.
