Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. This apartment is situated in Campo Santa Maria del Giglio, between the Rialto Bridge and the Accademia area, with an exclusive view over the Campo and on the Church bearing the same name.

It consists of a private entrance, 1 kitchen, 1 sitting-dining room, with a fireplace in an angle and a double sofa bed with adjacent bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms each with its own private bathroom and private sitting room.

It is decorated in the Venetian style.

On your arrival one of our staff will be on hand to lead from the vaporetto stop to your booked apartment.

Your apartment is stocked with everything you need to make an Italian breakfast: tea, coffee, milk, biscuit slices, butter, jam, croissants, fizzy and still mineral water, etc. only for the first morning.
