Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. In the heart of Rome, this elegant apartment is located in a 15th century building, beautifully decorated with stucco works.

It is literally around the corner of Piazza Navona and quite close to the Pantheon, Campo dei Fiori and Trastevere.

The spacious living room features a dining table for six, a comfortable sofa bed for two and the two windows overlook the street below. Beside the living room, there is the kitchen. From the entrance, you can reach the master bedroom with two single beds convertible into a double. This room has a beautiful en suite bathroom with a round stair case that leads to the laundry room.

The second bedroom with a French bed is on the loft, over the kitchen, and it is completely separated. There is also a second bathroom close to the main entrance of the apartment.
