Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. This exclusive apartment has a great location being around the corner of Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori and the Pantheon.
With only few minutes walking, you can reach the Spanish Steps, the Vatican and Trastevere.

The area offers the best shops, boutiques and restaurants in the city. In the morning you can enjoy the characteristic flower market of Campo dei Fiori.
This quiet property is elegantly furnished, very cosy and welcoming.
It has beautiful beamed wooden ceilings through out the apartment, wooden floors and tasty refining in the kitchen and bathroom.
It is decorated with elegance and complete with all modern comforts.

It features a dining room with a large table. A beautiful ancient painted door in this room leads to the little kitchenette. Close to this room there is the access to a small toilet (only wc and basin) that has a balcony overlooking an internal court yard.

In the dining room there is a sitting area that offers three comfortable sofa beds, two of them are double beds. From the living you have access to the double bedroom that is cozy and bright with a beautiful bathroom en suite.
