Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. Lovely attic with a romantic view over the Roman rooftops (and over the dome of Sant'Andrea della Valle).
Fourth floor without lift, but with low, large steps.
Sunny - Common outdoor space.

Completely refurbished in 2010 it has hard-wood floors all over.

Composed of:
LIVING ROOM: three windows, a romantic chimeney and a big and very comfortable double sofa bed, a table with four chairs and a bureau with TV set;
SMALL OPEN KITCHEN: electric stove, sink, microwave oven, fridge, toaster;
DOUBLE BEDROOM: Double bed, two bedside tables, wardrobe;
BATHROOM: WC, bidet, sink and standing shower.

There is a rooftop terrace with wonderful view available for the whole condominium (no furniture on the terrace).

Facilities: Air Conditioning; Digital TV; Hair Dryer; Iron and Ironing-board; Kettle; Microwave; Toaster; Washing Machine.
