Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. The apartment is located in the elegant area of Parioli, between Piazza Don Minzoni and Via Mangili, next to Villa Giulia, walking distance from Villa Borghese and the fascinating and famous Zoo in the center of the city. You can easily reach Piazza del Popolo, either with a 20 minutes walk or by bus in 10 minutes.

The apartment is large and has been completely refurbished in 2009. It has simple furniture, very practical, and it is ideal for families or a party of friends.
It is composed of two double bedrooms, each with two single beds (in the blue room, beds are convertible into a double on request); two bathrooms, one with shower the other with tub-shower, a living room with open kitchen, dining table and sofa bed for two.
In the large entrance there is another French size sofa bed.
