Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. This spacious apartment is at few steps from Saint Peter's and the Vatican Museum; walking distance to Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Trastevere.
The area where the apartment is located is also called Borgo as it was the ancient village just outside the Vatican walls.
Around the corner you can experience a real Roman life bursting with local atmosphere: famous Pizzerias, Restaurants and cafÃƒÂ©s with outside tables.

The apartment features an entrance and a living room. This room has no windows for as it is in the centre of the house and offers a dining table, a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen that faces the living room through a door and an open window.
On the right side of the dining area, you will find the double bed room that is very spacious.

After the kitchen, a corridor gives free access to the very large twin bed room, the single bed room and the bathroom that is very comfortable and spacious.

This apartment has beautiful wooden floors (some are in olive tree), beautiful and modern oil paintings and modern furniture.
