Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. The Apartment is next to the San Marco Square, just a stone throw away from La Fenice theater - one of the temples of international music, and the a ntique market in Campo San Maurizio; nearby, the prestigious Palazzo Grassi expo center and Santa Maria del Giglio church boasting some of Tintoretto's impressive frescoes.

The accommodation is part of a historical venetian palace and is composed by kitchen (with 4 cooking points, oven and refrigerator), spacious and bright living room with wooden floor and wooden beams, it has two sofa beds (one double and one single) and with a view over a characteristic venetian calle; bathroom with bath-tub built-in cupboard. One large double bedroom with spacious windows with foreshortening to a typical venetian canal.
