Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. An amazing place that offers the most romantic and impressive atmosphere of a unique ambient, chosen as a residence from a prince while he was living there.
The apartment is located in the Prati area, a residential and safe district next to the River Tiber and the neighborhood of the Vatican.

The property has a wonderful 180 degrees view over Monte Mario hill and the Court of Rome with each window with its individual little terrace.
The apartment is characterized by stain glass windows and it is very spacious and bright. On the right of the living room the first bedroom has got a double bed.
On the left there is a second bedroom with a fireplace and a double sofa bed. In the living room there is a modern dining table that can accommodate 6 guests and a sofa bed for two.
Kitchen is fully equipped and the new modern bathroom has a shower.
