Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. The accommodation is within walking distance of the Vatican and Piazza del Popolo and is very well connected to all the other historical sites of Rome.
The Metro is located nearby, and only two stops later you're at the Spanish Steps!

The apartment itself is located on the second floor of a big ancient building.
This building is equipped with an elevator.
The lovely, elegant courtyard boasts big, beautiful banana trees.

The apartment has been fully restored, and has comfortable and elegant furniture.

The living room has a convertible sofa, a TV, dining table that seats six, and three bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and two with singles.
The kitchen is fully equipped and a washing machine is included.
There's also a large, comfortable bathroom and an additional half bath.
