Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. This luxurious apartment, offers a spectacular view over Piazza Navona.
The three windows of the living room and two windows of the three bedrooms will capture you with this beautiful view.
A fantastic location for this outstanding example of good contemporary taste: you'll be walking distance to all historic monuments and touristic sites such as the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Trastevere; twenty minutes to Saint Peter's.

Magnificently refurbished (2009) in a true Roman style, this apartment is very spacious (170 mq.), bright, welcoming and has every comfort.
The apartment itself is located in an ancient palazzo on the second floor, and features a large entrance that introduces to the spacious living room. Here you will find three large windows, a sitting area with a chimney (one of the sofa is a double sofa bed) and a dining area with a dining table for 12 people.

On the right side of the entrance you will find the fully equipped kitchen that has a small balcony overlooking an internal courtyard.
From the living room, a corridor leads to the sleeping area that is composed of three bedrooms plus a studio and two bathrooms.
The double bedroom and the twin bedroom overlooking Piazza Navona, share a large bathroom with shower.
The master bedroom overlooks the internal courtyard and has a walking closet and and an en suite bathroom with tub.
The studio has a double sofa.
