Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. This lovely and extremely central apartment is only 50 meters from Piazza Campo dei Fiori and offers a large terrace with a beautiful view overlooking one of the most important building in Rome: Palazzo della Cancelleria.
This apartment is ideal for visiting the city: stone throw to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trastevere, Trevi Fountain and a 10 minutes walk to Saint Peter's and Castel Sant'Angelo.
The area offers also some of the best restaurants and cafes in town.
This property has been completely restored, it is sunny and quiet, furnished with a modern style, giving attention to details.

Access is directly into the living room that has a dining table and a sofa bed convertible into a double bed, two door-windows give access to two small balconies overlooking the beautiful Palazzo della Cancelleria. The open kitchen is close by the dining table and it is fully equipped.

The lovely bedroom is warm and romantic with another door-window and a modern arch. At the end of a small corridor, you will find the bath-room.
Through a covered stair case you'll reach the beautiful terrace that is a rare thing for such a central position. It is green, spacious and completely equipped with dining table, deck chairs and umbrella.
