Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. This apartment is located near Campo Santa Maria del Giglio, between St. Mark Square and the Accademia area, with an exclusive view by the window of a typical Venetian canal. The building has private access for Motor boat or Gondola.

It is decorated in the Venetian style. It is divided into a prestigious living room with sofa bed and dining table. Very modern kitchen. One double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub. Second bathroom with shower.
It is on the second floor and it has an elevator.

For this apartment the welcoming greet is special:on your arrival, the person in charge for the check in, will be on hand to lead you from the vaporetto stop to your booked apartment; for the first night the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make an Italian breakfast: tea, coffee, milk, biscuit slices, butter, jam, croissants, fizzy and still mineral water, etc. (only for the first morning); extra cleaning is included after the third night; fast speed wi-fi internet connection.

A security deposit of Euro 500,00 - payable with credit card - is required on arrival and will be returned at the check-out.
