Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. A wonderful boutique hotel located in the heart of Venice.

The palace is located along one of Venice's most famous streets, which leads from the Santa Lucia train station to the Ponte di Rialto.

Here, overlooking the Strada Nuova, stands our Palazzo between the Vendramin Calergi palace, today the home of the CasinÃ² Municipale, where Richard Wagner died in 1883, and Ca' d'Oro, the most splendid example of gothic architecture in Venice, and today the home of an important art collection.

Located in one of the most lively areas of Venice, with many restaurants serving local dishes, small wine bars and boutiques, our guests are just steps away from the Ghetto di Venice, the Ponte di Rialto and St. Mark's Square.

Its rooms overlook the Rio de Noal, which ends at the Canal Grande and provides a unique view of the magnificent baroque facade of Ca' Pesaro.

The fruit of the Costantini family's labour, gondoliers for 4 generations, Palazzo Canale occupies the main floor of an antique Venetian palace from the XV century, then known as Ca' Priuli.
