Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. This lovely apartment is situated on the second floor of an historic building very near to Saint Mark Square and behind the famous Torre dell'Orologio.

It is composed of 3 big and bright rooms: two double-rooms, a living room with kitchenette and two bathrooms with Jacuzzi shower.

Thanks to its dimensions the apartment is perfect for groups of friends or big families. Completely furnished in Venetian style, the apartment offers the beauty and the warmth of the typical historical Venetian buildings.

Only a few steps away from the famous Saint Mark Square, this apartment in situated in a strategic position that allows you to visit all the beauties of Venice staying in the historic centre of the city.
With a walk you can reach the most interesting sights of the city like the Ponte di Rialto, the Ponte dei Sospiri, the Guggenheim Museum, Palazzo Grassi, the Canal Grande and also all the museums in the San Marco area, such as: Palazzo Ducale, the Basilica and the Correr museum.
