Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. This is the apartment of space and light, each window is a picture.
You will be located on the Tiber River, between Castel Sant'Angelo and the Tiberina Island. In front of you the bridge Principe Amedeo di Savoia. On the other side of the bridge of Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori.

The apartment is very spacious and strategically divided. From the entrance, you step into the wide living room, furnished with a sofa bed for two plus a single sofa bed, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. On the right side of the apartment the master bedroom with a double bed a big wardrobe and en suite bathroom with tub-shower. On the left part of the apartment a twin bedroom, the only one looking over the internal part of the building, a huge wardrobe and the second bathroom with shower.

All the windows are dsoundproof and the whole apartment has air conditioning except for the twin bedroom.

Third floor with no lift.

At the check-in you will be requested to pay a guarantee deposit of Euro 300,00 that will be given back to you at the check-out
