Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. This magnificent, bright and spacious apartment, (180 sqm.) bursting with atmosphere leaves you breathless with its beautiful terrace (150 sqm.) overlooking the Colosseum, the Quirinale and many roman ancient roofs.
It's walking distance to Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the Colosseum. Ten minutes walking to Campo dei Fiori, Pantheon and Piazza Navona.

This property is a real home with all amenities: it has been recently and completely remodelled and furnished
with antiques, beautiful tapestries, nice finishing in the kitchen and in the bathrooms, wooden floors and warm lights.

The spacious entrance introduce you to the living room that features three sofas: one of them can be transformed in a double bed.

This room has a beautiful painted ceiling dating back to the 18th century. Close by, the dining room offers an antique table for ten people.
Outside this room you will find the large, fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room.

The sleeping area features three bedrooms: a large double bedroom with also a single sofa bed, a modern double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The two bathrooms are nicely decorated and are located close to the bedrooms along the corridor.

Stepping out from the main door and going through the private alley and one floor up, you will have access to the terrace: the wonderful view that you can enjoy from here, will really leave you breathless.
