Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. This comfortable apartment is just between the Basilica of San Giovanni and The Coliseum.

The flat has been completely remodelled and is quite welcoming, thanks to the beautiful ancient, hard wood beamed ceilings and tiled floors.

It has lots of space and bedrooms are very quiet, as they overlook internal courtyards.

Entrance leads directly in the living room that features a large and beautiful kitchen with a table for six and a small sofa.
Through a corridor you will find the first bedroom which is furnished with a double bed convertible into two singles and a bunk bed.
This room has a large en suite bathroom with shower.
At the end of the corridor, you will reach the romantic double bedroom that gives access to the little and cozy internal patio.
The second bathroom with shower is close to the kitchen.
