Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. This beautiful apartment is located in an historical building located 5 minutes walking to Piazza San Marco.

This modern and charming accommodation features view onto one of the romantic canals. You'll find a good mix of modern furniture and it's equipped with all sorts of technological devices.

The apartment is divided into a living room with a large dining table for 8 persons and a comfortable double sofa bed. Three bedrooms, two doubles and one convertible into twin on request. Two bathrooms with shower. A fully equipped kitchen.

First floor with no lift (10 steps in total).

Amenities: Air conditioning and heating, washing machine, dryer, kettle, hair dryer, DVD, microwave, toaster, Sat TV, HI-FI, Wi-Fi Internet connection, dish washer, iron.

A final cleaning and welcoming service fee of Euro 105.00 has to be added to the total price : a person in charge for your check-in will come to pick you up at the Vaporetto stop and guide you to the apartment.
