Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. This elegant and beautiful apartment is only 100 meters from the Spanish Steps. The heart of the old town.

Just outside your door step, you will have the best boutiques, shops, restaurants and cafes in town.

It is also walking distance to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Trastevere, Trevi Fountain.

This apartment, completely restored, is on the 5th floor of an antique building. It is very bright, allowing in natural light through the windows from where you have a gorgeous view of the street below and of the Obelisk of Piazza del Popolo.

It has been furnished by an architect with extreme elegance, high quality tapestry and materials.

This property is composed of a large living room with plenty of space for a sofa bed of two, a dining area and a kitchenette.
One very spacious double bedroom with a bathroom en suite. The other small bathroom with sink and wc is close to the entrance.

The entrance of this apartment is shared with a neighboring one and both have the access to a private service room where is located the washing machine.

At the check-in you will be requested to pay a guarantee deposit of Euro 200,00 that the owner will give back to you at check-out.
