Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. Florence Town House is right in the historical centre, in Via Santa Reparata, only few minutes walk from Santa Maria del Fiore's Cathedral, Piazza San Marco, the Academy Gallery, the Medicean Chapels, San Lorenzo's Basilica, as well as other major tourist attractions - the Duomo, the Uffizi Museum and the wonderful Piazza della Signoria.
It stands in one of the liveliest corners of the City, where you can find little typical restaurants and enjoy your shopping both in the most fashionable boutiques and in San Lorenzo's open market with its cheerful stalls of typical Florentine products.
This charming place offers 5 large units, each one accommodating from 2 to 9 people.

Along the alley you have the entrance to a twin bedroom and to one of the two bathrooms; this features a large stand up shower and can be used by those sleeping in the living room.

The master bedroom with a romantic four-poster bed and the lovely, adjacent twin room share the second bathroom, very large with tub-shower.

Facilities: Washing machine, microwave, toaster, American coffee machine, TV, DVD.
