Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. The accommodation is right in the historical centre, in Via Santa Reparata, only few minutes walk from Santa Maria del Fiore's Cathedral, Piazza San Marco, the Academy Gallery, the Medicean Chapels, San Lorenzo's Basilica, as well as other major tourist attractions - the Duomo, the Uffizi Museum and the wonderful Piazza della Signoria.

It stands in one of the liveliest corners of the City, where you can find little typical restaurants and enjoy your shopping both in the most fashionable boutiques and in San Lorenzo's open market with its cheerful stalls of typical Florentine products.

It is also strategically located if you travel by train as it is at five minutes walk from the train station of Santa Maria Novella.

There are also places nearby where you can rent bicycles.

The entire property has been recently and completely remodelled with taste and elegance.

On the first level you will find the first bedroom with a lovely terrace overlooking the internal and green courtyard and a large bathroom with tub shower that can be easily used by those sleeping downstairs as its entrance is from the hall.

On the second level you will find the cosy master bedroom and its own bathroom with shower.
