Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. This nice apartment is located in the charming S. Marco district, 100 mt. away from the Canal Grande and the vaporetto stop San Samuele.

On the corner down the Calle the beautiful Palazzo Grassi. Close to all main tourist attractions, it is the ideal base to start your visit of Venice.

Housed in an ancient Venetian building, on the ground floor with private entrance, just next door from the other apartment called San Samuele.
If you are two couples is ideal to take both the units.

Modern and functional with well separated areas, the apartment San Samuele has a big double bedroom, a large kitchen with washing machine and a nice dining table for two. One modern bathroom with shower completes this property.
