Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. [From EUR 115] - A romantic hideaway with a lovely terrace in the heart of the town: at stone thrown from Campo dei fiori and the pantheon.
This perfect studio for two, is very quiet and full of light: located on the highest floor of an ancient building. The large terrace is full of flowery plants and well equipped with sun-shade, table and chairs for great relaxing times! From here you can enjoy roman roofs, ancient buildings and beautiful churches domes.
Although not a large area, nothing has been spared for the guests: a comfortable double bed, a nice table for dining, nice painting and old furniture for a very warm atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is separated and the small bathroom has a shower.
