Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. [From 115 EUR] - A lovely one room apartment in the heart of Trastevere: the friendly Roman neighborhood full of boutiques, restaurants and typical trattorie.
The location is also perfect if you want to walk to the main sites: Campo dei Fiori, Pantheon, the old Jewish Ghetto are at short distance, while Saint Peter's and the Spanish Steps are just 15 minutes far away.

The apartment has been completely renovated (2009) and has a very welcoming atmosphere. It is bright, elegant and well decorated with a predominance of the color violet.
It features a wide room divided into a sleeping area with a comfortable queen size bed, a sitting room with a double sofa bed and a dining table for four. Behind the dining table, the spacious kitchen is fully equipped.
Close to the queen size bed a sliding door introduce you to the comfortable bathroom with shower.

Third floor with No lift.
