Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. [From EUR 184] - This elegant apartment is just 300 meters far from Saint Peter's Basilica but also very close to Trastevere, Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori.
The accommodation is on the same floor of other two apartments ( Vatican Small that sleeps 6 people and Vatican Medium that sleeps 8 people): these three apartments can be booked all together by a group of up to 24 people.

The flat has been completely renovated and furnished ( march 2009) with attention to modern comforts.
It features an entrance, a spacious living room with dining table and two sofa beds. Close by, a beautiful and well equipped kitchen.
The two bedrooms are quite spacious and comfortable: one of them is quadruple with a double and a bunk bed.
All double beds are convertible into singles.
The two bathrooms have the access from the entrance and they both have a standing shower.
The apartment has beautiful wooden floors, high quality tiles for the bathrooms and the kitchen and a modern furniture.
