Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. This comfortable apartment is located at few steps from the entrance of the Metro Line A, (1 stop to Railway Station Termini, 3 stops to Trevi Fountain, 4 stops to Spanish Steps).

The area offers a wide variety of shops, boutiques, supermarkets as well as restaurants and cafes to choose from. The building stands in the beautiful and green square of Piazza Vittorio.

The owner gives care to this apartment in order to make it as much comfortable as possible. In addition to this, the apartment is very quiet, sunny and well furnished.

On the right side of the entrance there is a a single bed room and further on, along the corridor, you will find the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with dining area.
At the end of the corridor there is the large double bedroom that features a loft with a double bed (150 cm.). Close to the bedroom the large bathroom has a shower.
