Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. The location is perfect as you can easily reach on foot all other historical sites, such as Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona as well as the Pantheon. The Vatican is only a 15 minute walk.

Housed in a quiet street with windows that overlook a delightful little square with a wonderful sun exposure.
Sunlight pours in fact widely in the whole apartment.

The accommodation has been recently and tastefully remodeled and it features a little entrance, a large living room that is furnished with a large sofa for two and a couple of beautiful white wooden bookshelves.

On the opposite side of the sofa, you will find the fully equipped kitchenette, completed with a comfortable table for four that divided the two areas: kitchen and living room.
The double bedroom is also bright and spacious and the tiled bathroom has a stand up shower.
