Terms and Conditions Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 1 to 2 days via e-mail. The payment of deposit (from 15% to 20% of the rental) is required within a short time of receiving our confirmation via e-mail. You'll pay the balance upon arrival. If you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you are kindly requested to send a fax. Cancellation policy: the deposit (#2) is not refundable, if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival no other penalty will be applied. If you are forced to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date your credit card will be charged for the first night. The guests in the apartment must be those indicated on the reservation form. If there are modifications, the agency must receive the consent of the apartment's owner. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbor" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behavior which may disturb the building's residents. Very peaceful and well appointed apartment located just behind the area of the Vatican Museums, and with easy access to all main touristics areas, as it is very close to the Metro station (3 stops to the Spanish Steps).

The apartment is very sunny and well furnished, with a modern touch and all the comforts you need to spend a pleasant holiday.
Delightful is the welcoming terrace, full of green plants and with a nice wooden floor, that will keep you fresh also during warm summer evenings: here you will enjoy your dinners in an ideal environment.

The accommodation offers two comfortable bedrooms: a master double with a double bed, and another room with twin beds. A modern living area with an open kitchen, and two bathrooms complete this property.
